The book is beautifully illustrated with photographs by \nKim Sayer and forward by gardening expert Christine Walkden. The book \ntells the story of how to set up an allotment and there are lots of \ngrowing tips as well. Jonathan Dimbleby sums up our book as \u2018Both a \npractical manual and a magical story that lifts the spirit.\u2019 The book is\n published by Simon &amp; Schuster and is available at all good \nhigh-street bookshops and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;If anything is going to inspire the amateur gardener to &#8216;have a go&#8217; &#8211; this is it.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Inspirational, entertaining and beautiful &#8211; this is a gem of a book&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;There are many practical tips which help and encourage both novice and experienced growers alike.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Whether as a reference book, a present or just an indulgence, I would strongly recommend this excellent book.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What a huge success the Cornworthy Allotments have been!
